Privacy policy

This policy explains how Laser Saga Events LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Laser Saga”, “we”) handles personal data in the Laser Saga Show Builder at builder.lasersaga.com (the “Tool”).

1. What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, company and phone number.
Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and a Google account ID with us. We do not receive your Google password and do not access your Gmail, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account.
Sign-in records: when you signed up and last signed in, failed sign-in attempts, and the browser used for each session.
Your work: show designs, client preview links, and any music or logos you upload to a link.
Client links: how many times a link was opened and when. We do not identify the people who open them.

2. Why we use it

Only to run the Tool: to create and approve accounts, keep them secure (two-step sign-in, lockout after wrong attempts), show your designs and client links, put your contact details on links you share, and contact you about your account or a show enquiry.

3. Who can see it

Laser Saga staff who manage accounts. Clients who open a preview link you created see your name and the contact details on your account. The Tool is hosted on Cloudflare, which stores the data for us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, to remember a trusted device for 30 days if you choose that, and to open a client preview link. No tracking or advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. When an account is deleted, its details and links are removed; backups expire in the normal course.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting your Laser Saga contact or through lasersaga.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
